Creating Meaningful Work
Since opening our doors, we’ve been committed to serving the dental industry, creating meaningful work for our team, and impacting our community and beyond. Our vision is to operate as a business in mission, with a commitment to outreach Here, Near, and Far.
We actively engage our team in volunteer opportunities that allow them to serve together, strengthen relationships, and make a difference where we live and work. These shared experiences foster a deeper sense of purpose—connecting our work to something greater.
Here: Supporting Our Community
We support the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) scholarship fund for football camps, wrestling camps, and other camps. Held at Wingate University, football camps are geared for athletes who want to reach their full potential through athletic, spiritual, and leadership development. Our team members volunteer their time by leading meetings, coaching, and actively participating in the football camps.
Near: Restoring Hope Close to Home
Safer Communities Ministry provides programs and resources that bring renewed hope to inmates, ex-offenders, individuals in recovery, and their families. We support the organization by sponsoring fundraising dinners and visiting inmates in jail to support them, their caregivers, and their children. Dentonics’ president has also served on the organization’s board for many years.
Far: Expanding Access to Care Globally
Our outreach includes supporting Atulado Ministries by providing dental materials to dental professionals through pastors and leaders who serve their communities in Cuba. Access to dental materials can be limited in Cuba, and many clinicians lack the resources needed to treat patients. Through local churches, people are connected to the care they need.
Our first shipment included 112 kits with essential restorative materials, enabling dentists to treat patients without the need for light or additional chemicals. With this single shipment, more than 10,000 teeth can be restored, bringing a lasting impact to entire communities.
Team members can also participate in mission trips and witness this impact firsthand. One team member has already taken part, and we look forward to future opportunities.
We believe business can be a force for good. Together, we’re not only helping create healthy smiles but also building stronger communities grounded in care, connection, and purpose.
