Since the company was founded in 1988, we have made it our mission to focus on delivering a wide range of affordable, everyday dental essentials to the dental profession.  

 

From humble beginnings in his home in Colorado, Randy Leander started his small dental materials business making dental cements in the morning and selling and shipping them in the afternoon.  This venture led to the creation of Dentonics and the Master-Dent® product brand.  Today, following more than three decades of diversification and acquisition, Master-Dent® products are available in the USA and in over 75 countries on six continents. 

 

Dentonics global headquarters is in Monroe, North Carolina with a satellite office in the UK.  Our core values of hard work, integrity and consistency have resulted in a loyal network of worldwide distribution partners, without whom we would not exist.  Our model for growth is based on trust, rather than flashy advertising.  Because we adopt a “People Matter” focus, our customers, our supply partners and our team members reciprocate loyalty and trust.

We are proud to operate an ISO 13485:2016 accredited quality system and have CE marking and FDA approval.  We continue to invest in this important aspect of our business.

 

Today, the company continues to be led by Randy Leander.  And as the family company enters its second generation, we are embracing technology to meet the rapid changes in our world, continue our growth and support the needs of our business partners.
